Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not do when using Brandwave360.

1. You may

• Order engagement services for accounts, pages, or content you own or are authorized to promote.
• Use the reseller API to automate orders for your own clients, subject to your API key's rate limit.
• Request refills, cancellations, and support for your own orders.

2. You may not

• Submit links to accounts or content you do not own or have permission to promote.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or organization.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, wallet balance checks, or order validation.
• Resell access to your API key or account credentials to unauthorized third parties.
• Use the Service in a way that violates the terms of service of the destination platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.).

3. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or termination, at our discretion, without refund of amounts already spent on completed or in-progress orders.

4. Reporting abuse

If you believe your account or link has been used improperly, contact support immediately through a ticket.
