Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Brandwave360 (the "Service"), operated by Brandwave360. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Brandwave360 is a social media marketing panel: we resell engagement services (followers, likes, views, shares, comments) sourced from third-party providers for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and X. We do not directly produce the engagement delivered through the Service.

2. Accounts and wallet

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Your wallet balance is used to pay for orders. Funds are added via the payment methods we support.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys.

3. Orders

Once submitted, an order is charged to your wallet and passed to the relevant upstream provider. Delivery times, start counts, and final quantities are estimates and depend on the upstream provider; they are not guaranteed.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service in a way that violates the target platform's own terms of service, applicable law, or our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandwave360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including account actions taken by third-party platforms.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
